Co-Writer Of Watchmen & "Solid Snake" Is Hating On You Haters

David Hayter a.k.a. "Snaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake!", just wanted to let the critics and you haters know that you aint gonna stop him from shining.  And if you even think that your hate for Watchmen effects him, he simply asks 'to watch the movie again'.  Apparently he has watched it twice and feels like he 'still hasn't gotten it'.  Damn David...you know...maybe the movie wasn't the best story ever told after all.

Site Of The Day: Bad Paintings Of Barack Obama

    35.jpg

Never has one site encapsulated the eventual backlash of the 'Barack-fanboy'.  This site will make you realize that, you may be a fan of our current president...you are clearly not of the fan caliber that would have you paint something on a wooden plank and try and sell it on Ebay.

    Kids Incorporated Still Upsets Me

One of the signs back in the day that hiphop would be co-oped whether I was along for the ride or not.  I looked closer and I was all..."Is that Jennifer Love Hewitt?" Instantly I thought what could have been if she took rap more seriously. Rap beef with Lil' Kim. Love affair with Jigga. Alas, we get her in both terrible television and movies. America...we lost.

Capcom vs SNK 2 [PS2]: Review

How Come All PAL covers are cooler than the NTSC?

It is not as good as the Sega Dreamcast version. It is hardly an arcade perfect port. There are glitches out the wazoo. Seeing as I have a natural [or unnatural] affinity to fighting games, I was more than psyched to play through CvS2 on my PS2. Sadly, if it had not been for my Dreamcast spoiling me, I would not have so many minor negative issues with the PS2 version. I still had a ton of fun with Capcom vs. SNK 2.

Proof That All Things Weird Come From Ohio

Hilarious and I like that not only are these Ohio based dudes, but they perform in Detroit.  If I ever get tired of bboying...i'll be sure to beef up and pocket some roids and start shaking it in Michigan.

Watchmen: Makes Me Partially Eat Crow

    I'm Blue, daboodeedahboodah

Before this review starts you need perspective. Yes, I did read the graphic novel. No, I was not excited to hear about this movie post reading the graphic novel. Yes, I was less excited after seeing a CGI-filled trailer, which was an obvious ploy to get your little rumps in the seats. No, this movie is not perfect. Aside from its obvious spawn from the mind of Alan Moore and the pen of Dave Gibbons, Watchmen has quite the rich history. This movie has moved back and forth from studios, has suffered rewrites after rewrites and now it has finally arrived. With all of its flaws.

The Watchmen: The Complete Motion Comic

They got it right. Warner Premiere, will be releasing the 'minimally animated' Watchmen: The Complete Motion Comic on DVD this Tuesday. I had the fortunate pleasure of wasting 5 and a half hours at work and watched every chapter. While watching the grand finale, which is translated perfectly, you will probably wonder, "How are they going to make a movie out of this?!"

    Burnout 3 [PS2] Review

This review has been a long time coming [considering I finished playing Burnout three weeks ago].

As my journey of playing through my PS2 games in alphabetical order continues, something quite wonderful has happened.  I have finally seen the joy of being a fan of an 'Arcade' racer.  Not since Ridge Racer 4 for the PS1 have I felt a kind of quiet satisfaction one gets from playing a game like Burnout [Sheesh that was a little overly gushy].  I should amend that statement, Burnout 3 is as much an 'Arcade racer', much like Jessica Alba is a well known actress.  Yes they are known for what they generally are, but the quality they bring to the table is what should be talked about [only this works against Alba].

Barack Obama - All The Single Ladies [Spoof]

Why does this look weird? I think its moments like these I realize I'm living in the future. I couldn't imagine something like this when I was like 8 or 9.

Video Game Violence Preparing Our Children?

Are Violent Video Games Adequately Preparing Children For The Apocalypse?

you know after you put it that way...i'm not sure. Maybe my future children should be preparing for the great Zombacolypse?
